About The Position

LAZ Parking is seeking experienced and dedicated CDL Shuttle Drivers to provide reliable transportation while maintaining high standards of safety, professionalism, and operational excellence. The driver transports passengers and employees to and from assigned destinations, safely loading and unloading them and supporting their safety and welfare. The position is part-time at OC Vibe in Anaheim, California, with a pay rate of $28.00 per hour. Scheduled hours may be 8 a.m.–4 p.m., 4 p.m.–12 a.m., or 6 p.m.–2 a.m., depending on event start and end times. The role is non-exempt and may require flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Drivers must be prepared to work in inclement weather and meet the physical demands of the position.

Requirements

• Hold a valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver’s License with passenger endorsement(s).
• Have at least two years of experience with a regular Class C license; the posting also requires two or more years with a CDL license.
• Have a valid DOT medical certification/card, or be able to successfully complete and pass a DOT physical examination.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Provide a K-4 DMV printout issued within the last 30 days.
• Have recent passenger commercial vehicle driving experience.
• Comply with federal DOT, state, and local rules and regulations, as well as company policy.
• Be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Be able to push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds and bend at the knees or squat frequently throughout a shift.
• Be willing to work in inclement weather, including rain, sleet, snow, heat, and high winds.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles.
• Greet, engage, and thank guests 100% of the time.
• Assist passengers as they board and exit the vehicle, including passengers with disabilities when applicable.
• Communicate and work effectively in a team environment to achieve productivity.
• Perform daily tasks independently and professionally as a driver.
• Transport, load, and unload passengers and employees safely to and from assigned destinations.
• Support the safety and welfare of all passengers.
