About The Position

Byers Automotive is seeking a Shuttle Driver for its Service department to transport customers to and from the dealership while their vehicles are being serviced. The role supports a positive customer service experience by driving customers to or picking them up from their homes or offices. Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Clean driving record.
• Maintain a professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Drive customers to their homes or places of business and pick them up after their vehicles are repaired.
• Use good judgment and safe driving skills.
• Keep a timely shuttle route.
• Assist passengers getting in and out of vehicles.
• Operate a radio or similar device to communicate with the dealership or other vehicles about service disruptions.
• Keep a record of trips, including passenger names and destinations or pick-up points.
• Notify the dispatcher or service manager when the shuttle vehicle requires servicing, such as oil changes, tires, cleaning, or general maintenance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
