About The Position

The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa is seeking service-oriented Shuttle Drivers who enjoy creating memorable guest experiences and providing smooth, efficient transportation. The Shuttle Driver transports guests to and from designated locations on schedule while maintaining the cleanliness of Westin vehicles. The role includes sharing local insights, helping guests with equipment such as skis and strollers, and using professional etiquette to enhance their experience. The driver works collaboratively with other departments, performs tasks efficiently, assists as needed, follows company safety and security policies, and participates in required Marriott and East West Resorts training.

The position is based at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa in Avon, Colorado. It is offered part time or full time on a seasonal basis, with a schedule of Sunday through Wednesday, mornings and evenings. The stated pay rate is $22 per hour plus tips. The start date is November 13, 2026.

Requirements

• Must be 25 years or older.
• Must possess a valid state driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English, verbally and in writing.
• Ability to remain composed and professional in high-volume or time-sensitive situations.
