About The Position

SkyHop Global is hiring Airline Crew Shuttle Drivers for its Atlanta team. Drivers safely transport airline pilots and flight attendants between airports, hotels, training facilities, and other designated locations. The operation runs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and emphasizes safe, reliable service to airline crew members. The role is full-time and in-person, with early morning (4:00 AM–12:00 PM), day (12:00 PM–8:00 PM), and evening/night (6:00 PM–2:00 AM) shifts available. Drivers must be available at least seven hours per day, five days per week, including weekends and holidays. Pay is $19.50 per hour, plus daily cash tips and opportunities for a monthly safety bonus. Drivers provide customer service, coordinate with dispatch and teammates using approved communication systems, assist crew members with boarding and luggage, and follow company safety policies and transportation regulations. SkyHop Global prohibits personal phones and wearable devices while operating company vehicles and maintains a drug-free workplace.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old.
Candidates ages 21–25 must have professional driving experience beyond rideshare.
Hold a valid U.S. driver's license for at least three years.
Have no moving violations within the past three years.
Communicate effectively in conversational English.
Pass a pre-employment drug screen and DOT physical.
Obtain and maintain a Non-CDL DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate.
Be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
Have reliable transportation to and from work.
Be available at least seven hours per day, five days per week, including weekends and holidays.
Comply with the prohibition on personal phones and wearable devices while driving company vehicles.
