About The Position

SkyHop Global is hiring Drivers and Lead Drivers to support airline crew transportation operations at Dallas Love Field (DAL) and Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW), with the listed work location in Irving, Texas. The company operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, transporting airline pilots and flight attendants between airports, hotels, training centers, and other airline facilities. Drivers provide safe, dependable transportation and professional customer service, helping make the travel experience better for airline crews. The position offers a starting pay of $18.50 per hour plus daily cash tips, with paid training and a monthly safety bonus program. Shifts currently include early morning, mid-shift, and night schedules. Weekend and holiday availability is required, and schedules include either Saturday or Sunday. Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Possess and maintain a valid U.S. driver's license.
Meet company and insurance requirements regarding motor vehicle records, including a satisfactory driving history.
Be able to obtain and maintain a Non-CDL DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate.
Successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening in accordance with applicable laws.
Be able to safely perform essential job functions, including lifting and moving items weighing up to 75 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Have reliable transportation to and from work.
Communicate effectively in English to perform essential job duties, including interacting with customers, following safety procedures, understanding operational instructions, and completing required documentation.
Demonstrate commitment to courteous, professional, customer-focused service.
Be available to work weekends and holidays; schedules include either Saturday or Sunday.
