About The Position

SkyHop Global is hiring Airline Crew Shuttle Drivers to support transportation operations at Dallas Love Field and Dallas Fort Worth International Airport. Drivers safely transport airline pilots and flight attendants between airports, hotels, training centers, and other airline facilities. The role requires professional, courteous, reliable service and a strong focus on safety, accountability, and customer experience. Drivers assist crew members with entering and exiting the vehicle and with luggage as needed, communicate with team members and operations in person and by radio, follow company safety policies, and represent SkyHop Global professionally. The operation runs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Work is in person in Irving, Texas, and weekend and holiday availability is required, with schedules including either Saturday or Sunday. Starting pay is $18.50 per hour, plus daily cash tips and a monthly safety bonus. Paid training is provided, with opportunities to advance to Lead Driver and other leadership positions.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess and maintain a valid U.S. driver's license.
• Meet company and insurance requirements regarding motor vehicle records, including a satisfactory driving history.
• Be able to obtain and maintain a Non-CDL DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate.
• Successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening in accordance with applicable laws.
• Be able to safely perform essential job functions, including lifting and moving items weighing up to 75 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Communicate effectively in English to perform essential job duties, including customer interactions, following safety procedures, understanding operational instructions, and completing required documentation.
• Demonstrate a commitment to courteous, professional, customer-focused service.
• Be available to work weekends and holidays; schedules include either Saturday or Sunday.
