About The Position

The Shuttle Driver / Vehicle Delivery Specialist enhances customers’ service experience by transporting them to and from their homes or offices while their vehicles are being serviced. The role also includes transporting customers to and from Spokane Airport and other designated locations, and delivering vehicles across the Northwest, with trips of up to 350 miles. The position is part time and on call. Compensation is $15 per hour, with an advertised annual pay range of $10,000–$15,000. The role requires safe driving, timely shuttle service, professional conduct, and compliance with company safety policies.

Requirements

Be authorized to work in the USA.
Perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.
Demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, an MVR check, a drug test, and a credit report.
Have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Drive customers to their homes or places of business and pick them up after their vehicles are repaired.
Transport customers to and from Spokane Airport and other designated locations.
Deliver vehicles across the Northwest, with trips of up to 350 miles.
Use good judgment and safe driving skills.
Maintain a timely shuttle route.
Assist passengers getting in and out of vehicles.
Operate a radio or similar device to communicate with the dealership or other vehicles and report service disruptions.
Keep records of trips, including passenger names and destinations or pickup points.
Notify the dispatcher or service manager when the shuttle vehicle needs service, such as oil changes, tires, cleaning, or general maintenance.
Maintain a professional appearance.
Follow company safety policies and procedures, and immediately report accidents to a manager or supervisor.
Run errands as directed by the foreman.
Follow OSHA Right-to-Know regulations and use proper eye, hand, and body protection when using products requiring protection.
