About The Position

Destination Kia is hiring a part-time Showroom Greeter to welcome customers, create a positive first impression, and connect guests with the appropriate salesperson or team member. The role supports the sales team and helps maintain a clean, organized, and presentable showroom. The schedule offers flexible hours, Monday through Friday and Saturdays; the business is closed Sundays. Pay is $16.50.

Requirements

Valid driver's license in good standing.
Two years of customer service experience.
Availability to work Saturdays as needed.
Knowledge of computer software.
Ability to stay focused on the entrance doors and acknowledge customers.
Maintain a clean, well-groomed appearance aligned with corporate showroom standards.
Ability to stay calm, multitask, and maintain a pleasant composure in a fast-paced, high-customer-volume environment.

Responsibilities

Represent the company and its brand in a professional and welcoming manner.
Warmly welcome guests as they enter the showroom and create a positive first impression.
Check in guests efficiently and accurately.
Gather basic information about each guest and understand the reason for their visit.
Connect guests with the appropriate salesperson or team member.
Hand out brochures and other information to customers.
Provide telephone and clerical backup.
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and staff.
Maintain a friendly, approachable, and professional presence throughout the shift.
Keep the showroom clean, organized, tidy, and presentable.
Pay attention to guests entering, customer needs, and overall showroom activity.
Monitor guest flow and proactively assist people who appear to need help.
Support the sales team by ensuring guests are greeted promptly and directed appropriately.
Assist with general showroom organization and other tasks as needed.
