This is an exciting opportunity to join Corston US at a pivotal stage, as we prepare to launch our first California showroom located in West Hollywood. As a Showroom Accounts Advisor, you will report to the Showroom Accounts Manager and will play a key role in delivering best-in-class customer experiences and building strong relationships with showroom visitors. You will be passionate about customer service and committed to providing exceptional support via telephone, email and other communications. Working as part of a vibrant and friendly team, you will communicate with both trade and retail customers. This is a mixed role combining customer experience and showroom responsibilities. You’ll be a confident communicator and a natural relationship builder – comfortable engaging with walk-in customers, handling enquiries, and resolving customer support tickets. You will take responsibility for the showroom pipeline and follow up on samples and quotes working closely with the Showroom Accounts Manager.
