Our coordinating collections of solid brass switches, sockets, hardware and lighting are made to last. We’ve grown quickly and seen huge success in our five years - launching in the UK, EU, UAE and USA. The key to our success lies in our high-quality products, outstanding customer service and operations team, who ensure that Corston customers receive a positive, engaging experience every step of the way. This is an exciting opportunity to join Corston US at a pivotal stage, as we prepare to launch our first California showroom located in West Hollywood. As a Showroom Accounts Advisor, you will report to the Showroom Accounts Manager and will play a key role in delivering best-in-class customer experiences and building strong relationships with showroom visitors. You will be passionate about customer service and committed to providing exceptional support via telephone, email and other communications. Working as part of a vibrant and friendly team, you will communicate with both trade and retail customers. This is a mixed role combining customer experience and showroom responsibilities. You’ll be a confident communicator and a natural relationship builder – comfortable engaging with walk-in customers, handling enquiries, and resolving customer support tickets. You will take responsibility for the showroom pipeline and follow up on samples and quotes working closely with the Showroom Accounts Manager.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish
  • Experience within the home and interiors industry
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years’ customer service and sales experience
  • Must have HubSpot or SalesForce experience
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls and emails efficiently
  • High performer mindset

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service via telephone, email, face to face and other communications
  • Manage the showroom pipeline – engaging with customers post-visit
  • Follow up on trade applications no spend, samples sent and quotations
  • Handle a high volume of daily customer enquiries efficiently and professionally
  • Proactively approve and contact trade applicants who have not yet purchased
  • Engage with customers in a friendly, attentive, and professional manner
  • Prepare and manage customer quotes
  • Maintain up to date and accurate records of our customers within our CRM system
  • Utilize databases to support outreach within the trade industry
