About The Position

The Shopkeeper is a seasonal, part-time role for the holiday season, averaging 24 hours per week. The position is responsible for completing store tasks efficiently and to high standards while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Weekend work is required.

Requirements

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload.
• Proficiency with computer systems and software, such as point-of-sale systems.
• Availability to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Complete tasks efficiently and to high standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized store and adhere to safety protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with questions and needs.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including restocking as needed.
• Complete daily financial and operational tasks, including reconciling the register and completing shift reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
