About The Position

American Waterworks, a regional leader in the waterproofing, foundation, and concrete repair industry, is seeking a Shop Supervisor to support its growing team. The company aims to provide customers with a remarkable experience and build long-term customer relationships, while helping employees feel valued and succeed. The Shop Supervisor oversees warehouse inventory and operations, maintains and repairs company vehicles, equipment, and tools, and leads warehouse staff. The role helps ensure production crews receive the products, equipment, and tools they need on time, while keeping the facility clean, orderly, and in working condition. This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week.

Requirements

Ability to lift up to 100 pounds, walk, crawl, and climb a ladder.

1+ years of warehouse, logistics, or inventory management experience.
Forklift experience.
Mechanic experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee physical inventory counts and reconcile inventory with upcoming production needs.
Complete regular and timely maintenance on company vehicles, equipment, and tools.
Repair or replace vehicles, equipment, and tools as necessary.
Maintain vehicles in accordance with DOT and OSHA requirements.
Lead and develop warehouse staff.
Improve warehouse operations by determining product handling and storage requirements and developing, implementing, enforcing, and evaluating policies and procedures for product receiving, equipment utilization, and inventory management.
Ensure the facility is consistently clean and in working order.
Receive and store inventory efficiently and economically.
Help maintain the warehouse to showroom level.
Assist with the company’s tool inventory program.
Provide production crews with the products, equipment, and tools they need at the right time.
Perform other duties as necessary.
