About The Position
Auto Glass Now is hiring a Shop Manager to lead a growing team of Auto Glass Technicians and oversee a shop location. The position may support operations at airports, retail locations, or mobile operations. Experience is valued but not required; paid training is provided at $25 per hour. Training is expected to take less than 60 days, after which employees may be eligible for Shop Manager promotion opportunities. Requirements
- Valid driver’s license.
- Pass a drug test for safety.
- Basic computer operating skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to maneuver around vehicles and position oneself safely during installations.
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in hot or cold weather conditions if necessary.
- Willingness to work early hours and up to 55 hours per week on occasion.

- Experience in management, glass locations, automotive shops, restaurants, retail stores, or other businesses is valued but not required.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, onboard, and train Glass Technicians and Customer Service Representatives.
- Create employee schedules and submit payroll.
- Control inventory, including conducting End of Period and End of Year inventory.
- Balance registers, close out invoices, and make bank deposits.
- Place product orders and physically restock inventory as necessary.
- Understand the shop’s financials, drive results, and use the budget wisely.
- Conduct quarterly employee evaluations.
- Support other team members with duties such as responding to customer questions and repairing glass.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Lead the team’s execution of Auto Glass Now standards for windshield repair and automotive glass replacement.
