About The Position
Bryan CDJR is seeking an experienced Shop Foreman or Lead Technician to help lead a busy CDJR service department. The position supports daily shop operations and technician workflow, serves as a technical resource, develops technicians, and works with service leadership to improve customer satisfaction and departmental performance. Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Shop Foreman, Lead Technician, or Master Technician in a dealership environment.
- Advanced diagnostic and drivability expertise.
- Proven ability to lead technicians and improve shop performance.
- Experience with dealership service systems and repair documentation.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- At least 18 years old.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Ford or another domestic OEM manufacturer; the posting states 0–1 or more years of experience.
