About The Position

Kunes Auto and RV Group is seeking an experienced RV Shop Foreman to lead its RV service department in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin. This hands-on role is responsible for keeping the shop running smoothly by dispatching work, supporting technicians, and leading set-ups of sold RVs. The foreman works closely with the Service Manager and Service Advisor.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of RV service experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Advanced diagnostic and repair knowledge of RV systems, including electrical, plumbing, LP gas, appliances, HVAC, and slide-outs.
• Ability to coordinate a busy service operation.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with dealership service management software.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

• RVIA/RVDA certification.
• RV towing experience.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch repair orders to RV technicians based on their skills and expertise.
• Support technicians and ensure they have the parts they need.
• Monitor technician times and add required parts to repair orders.
• Coordinate with lot porters to move RVs into the shop on time.
• Prepare detailed estimates for RV service work.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Lead a small crew in complete set-ups of sold RVs.
• Help with customer RV pickups and drop-offs as needed.
