About The Position

The Shop Foreman will lead a high-volume Ford and Lincoln dealership service shop that currently produces 4,000 hours per month and is targeting 4,500. This role combines team leadership and development with advanced diagnostics, workflow coordination, repair quality control, and support for production and warranty processes. The foreman will work closely with Service Advisors and the Service Manager and help train technicians as the shop grows.

Requirements

• Ford Senior Master Technician or Master Technician certification.
• Several years of Ford or Lincoln dealership experience.
• Strong diagnostic skills and working knowledge of FDRS, PTS, and OASIS.
• Leadership experience as a foreman, team lead, or an informal go-to technician.
• Calm, steady presence under pressure and a passion for teaching.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Ford and Lincoln technicians.
• Diagnose complex drivability, electrical, and module concerns.
• Dispatch and balance workflow to keep bays full and hours flowing.
• Quality-check repairs and improve first-time-fix and CSI results.
• Partner with Service Advisors and the Service Manager to achieve production goals.
• Support warranty accuracy and compliance with Ford policy and procedure.
• Train and develop technicians as the shop expands.
