About The Position

S&B is seeking a Scheduler to take ownership of schedules for medium to large EPC projects or alliance programs. The role performs detailed schedule analysis, supports project management with planning and progress control, and mentors junior schedulers. The position is primarily conducted in a professional business setting, with occasional field trips or assignments to plants or other field locations.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of EPC, alliance, or construction project scheduling experience.
Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and/or scheduling tools.
Strong knowledge of CPM, resource loading, and schedule integration.
Ability to read and interpret project contracts, scope, and technical drawings.
Strong analytical and leadership skills.
Ability to read and write in English.

Alliance or portfolio experience.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize detailed project schedules.
Facilitate interactive planning sessions.
Perform schedule risk analysis and identify the critical path.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction leads to ensure schedule alignment.
Support project reporting, including progress updates, forecasts, and milestone tracking.
Assist with schedule recovery planning and scenario analysis.
Mentor junior schedulers.
