About The Position

Modivcare is seeking a Dispatcher / Customer Advocate to provide customer service support to Transportation Providers. The role addresses inquiries, resolves concerns, and ensures accurate documentation while assisting with transportation reservations. It also supports high-quality service delivery for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Zero or more years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and a customer-focused demeanor.
Excellent active listening and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Ability to remain composed and professional during high call volumes.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Ability to learn new systems quickly and follow complex instructions.
Demonstrated accuracy in data entry.

Responsibilities

Assist Transportation Providers with transportation-related questions and concerns.
Schedule, modify, and cancel transportation reservations at provider request.
Document and investigate complaints or incidents and maintain detailed records.
Respond to provider concerns and refer unresolved grievances for further review.
Ensure accurate entry of trip-related data.
Support trip corrections, mileage and cost adjustments, cancellations, and retroactive trips.
Answer the Transportation Provider call line professionally and courteously.
Participate in required meetings and complete other assigned duties or projects.
