About The Position

The Shop Clerk manages daily operations at a small amenities shop within a residential community in Kissimmee, Florida. The role serves residents and guests by providing customer assistance, processing sales, managing stock, maintaining the shop, and coordinating with the property management team. The clerk also supports community events and promotes products and specials. This is a full-time position. The schedule may include weekends and holidays as needed.

Requirements

Friendly and professional attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to operate a cash register, handle transactions accurately, and follow financial procedures.
Ability to multitask, maintain inventory, and keep the shop well-stocked and appealing.
Basic computer skills, including comfort with POS systems, inventory tracking, and basic administrative tasks.
Willingness to work full-time, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Nice To Haves

1–2 years of retail, customer service, or cashier experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet residents and guests, assist with purchases, and provide excellent customer service.
Process transactions using a POS system, handle cash and card payments, and balance the register according to financial procedures.
Monitor inventory, restock shelves, and assist with ordering supplies.
Keep the shop tidy, organized, and visually appealing.
