About The Position
The purpose of this position is to "seek to bring forth and establish the cause of Zion." This position is a journeyman role that exists to support Headquarters Facilities by providing and maintaining the physical accommodations for Church Departments and Priesthood Leaders. The expectation is to provide preventative and corrective maintenance, and construction for these facilities, to portray an image of dignity, integrity, and respectability with a justifiable standard of time, quality, and cost. Performs all phases of journeyman level carpentry work. Should be familiar with or specialize in office furnishings, furnishings restoration and repair, modular cubicle workstation install.
Requirements
- Journeyman level carpentry skills.
- Familiarity with office furnishings.
- Familiarity with furnishings restoration and repair.
- Familiarity with modular cubicle workstation installation.
- Must be a member of the Church who is worthy of a temple recommend.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance for facilities.
