About The Position

The Shipping Supervisor assists the LDC Manager with warehouse operations, including maintaining positive customer relations between wholesale and retail operations, managing the flow of wholesale and retail orders for delivery, and directing shipping team members. The role’s primary responsibility is accurately pulling and staging products for outbound deliveries, with all physical actions digitally represented. The supervisor also assists with shipping inventory, supports warehouse operations, and delivers when workload requires.

Requirements

• Supply chain or warehouse experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving history.
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 pounds, often repetitively.
• Ability to work 45–50 hours per week.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Extensive verbal communication skills for customer and associate relations.
• Must successfully complete pre-employment screenings.

Nice To Haves

• One year of CJ’s warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull and stage products for all outbound deliveries, digitally representing all physical actions.
• Assist the Manager with shipping inventory.
• Direct shipping team members.
• Maintain positive customer relations between wholesale and retail operations regarding inventory items.
• Manage and maintain the flow of wholesale and retail orders for delivery.
• Support warehouse responsibilities and deliver when necessary based on workload.
• Communicate inventory shortages to management and affected parties.
• Assist with regular cycle counts and full inventory counts.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
