About The Position

C&Y Global Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Shipping & Receiving Specialist for its scrap-metal recycling operations. The role handles inbound material weighing, recording, supplier communications and settlements, warehouse documentation, outbound shipment planning, and coordination with accounting, shipping, and logistics teams. The position requires Chinese and English bilingual skills, strong computer and data-entry abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain work quality under time pressure and with minimal supervision. The stated schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and the work location is in person.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or college degree; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Bilingual in Chinese and English.
• Proficient in data entry with minimal errors and detail-oriented.
• Able to work under high time pressure while maintaining high work quality with minimal supervision.
• Well-organized, takes initiative, and has a strong sense of responsibility.
• Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft suites.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be willing to undergo a drug test and background check.

• Shipping and receiving, supply chain, finance, or warehouse-related experience is desired.

Responsibilities

• Weigh and record the weight of all material entering the warehouse.
• Generate and send settlements to suppliers.
• Enter the weight, description, and pictures of inbound material into the company database.
• Communicate with suppliers about inbound shipments.
• Communicate with accounting regarding supplier payments.
• Respond to supplier concerns as they arise.
• Ensure correct labels are placed on all inbound material.
• Organize and accurately file paperwork in a timely manner.
• Plan containers and perform quality control.
• Complete packing lists and invoices for customers.
• Communicate with the overseas shipping team about outbound materials.
• Assist the logistics team with coordinating outbound shipments as needed.
