About The Position

NIC Global is hiring a Shipping Receiving Clerk to support shipping, receiving, inventory, and packaging operations. The role pulls and packages orders for daily shipments, labels and prepares cartons and pallets, loads and unloads freight, and puts incoming inventory away in designated stockroom locations. It also conducts daily cycle counts and assists the main packaging department when time allows. Additional duties may be assigned based on business needs.

Requirements

One year of related experience.
High school-level education or equivalent training/work experience.
Ability to operate electric and stand-up forklifts.
Basic math skills and computer-entry knowledge.
Ability to lift 50 pounds with or without accommodations.

Responsibilities

Pull orders and packages for daily shipments.
Affix shipping labels to cartons and pallets.
Shrink-wrap and weigh pallets and cartons for outgoing shipments.
Load and unload freight carriers using an electric forklift.
Count and put away incoming inventory in specific stockroom locations using a stand-up forklift and/or pallet jack.
Conduct daily cycle counts.
Assist the main packaging department when time allows.
