About The Position

WNC Laundry LLC is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk / Cashier to join our team. This position is responsible for processing customer transactions, preparing shipping and receiving documentation, maintaining accurate records, and supporting daily operations in a fast-paced commercial laundry facility. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent customer service abilities, and prior experience in shipping, receiving, cashiering, or warehouse operations. As a 24/7 laundry manufacturing facility, candidates must be flexible and available to work any shift and any day, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in shipping, receiving, cashiering, warehouse administration, or a related field.
Strong computer and data entry skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment.
Must be reliable with strong attendance and punctuality.
Strong working knowledge of email, google suite, MS Office

Responsibilities

Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions.
Prepare and maintain shipping, receiving, and delivery documentation.
Verify incoming and outgoing orders for accuracy.
Track shipments and maintain shipping records.
Communicate with drivers, supervisors, and customers regarding orders and deliveries.
Enter data into company systems and maintain accurate records.
Respond professionally to customer inquiries and concerns.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
