Shipping Associate-Small Pack/Ship

BALL EQUIPMENT•Romeo, MI
•$19 - $19•Onsite

About The Position

The Small Pack / Ship Associate verifies, packages, labels, and stages standard-size customer orders. Working under the direction of the Supervisor and Lead, the associate protects products efficiently and completes shipments in time for carrier loading. This is not a supervisory position. Large-pack preparation, freight arrangements, forklift work, and final truck loading are not default duties. Success in the role means orders contain the correct products, labels match their packages, and products are protected without wasteful packaging. Completed shipments should be ready for loading on time, with unresolved issues clearly communicated. FixMyToys is the ecommerce division of Ball Equipment, a family-owned Michigan business. Its nationwide ecommerce operation specializes in genuine OEM parts, accessories, apparel, and gear for powersports and outdoor power equipment. The team works across areas including ecommerce, marketing, customer service, technology, and warehouse operations.
