About The Position

The Shipping Associate I is responsible for pulling, staging, and preparing orders for shipment or pickup to ensure accurate and timely processing. The role maintains an organized work area and works closely with internal teams, vendors, and drivers while providing professional and positive service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to walk, climb, stoop, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to differentiate colors, read labels, and detect product damage.

Responsibilities

• Pull and stage orders accurately for shipment or pickup.
• Prepare products and materials for outgoing shipments.
• Verify order accuracy and completeness prior to release.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and drivers as needed.
• Track and update the status of outgoing shipments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Engage with vendors and drivers in a professional and positive manner.
