About The Position
The Shipping and Receiving Coordinator works with the transportation and warehouse management team to schedule and monitor shipping activities for the factory warehouse. The role coordinates incoming shipments, helps maintain smooth traffic flow at the loading dock, reviews incoming orders, and prepares pick lists for shipping personnel. The position is based at Nestlé’s King William plant and is scheduled from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., Sunday through Wednesday.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience providing customer service in a fast-paced manufacturing, warehouse, military, or related environment.
Responsibilities
- Communicate updates on shipments, orders, and production to personnel.
- Input data for shipping confirmations.
- Review and process necessary paperwork for shipping needs.
- Coordinate shipping associates in completing the loading schedule and other daily activities.
- Ensure load accuracy and completion.
- Manage and document inventory.
