About The Position

Responsible for packaging activities within the shipping system, including daily component packaging and customer customization orders within the delivery and packing system. Schedule orders and verify the accuracy of packaged products, including double-boxing and palletizing. Complete daily inbound receiving of products and packages and notify appropriate recipients. Scan shipping module barcodes into SAP for accurate inventory and shipping records. Coordinate with employees and other departments to resolve shipping, receiving, packaging, and order-related issues. Follow and maintain CTO (Customization to Order) files and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). Maintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation and records. Perform other job-related duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, material handling, distribution, or a related field.
• Understanding of basic warehouse shipping and receiving procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work independently, and meet established shipping and receiving schedules.
• Ability to adapt to changing workloads and priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting established deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and support team members in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to regularly lift and move packages weighing up to 30 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience using SAP or another warehouse/inventory management system.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, email, and data-entry systems.
• Previous experience in an electronics, technology, or manufacturing environment.
