About The Position

The Shipper I prepares, stages, loads, and ships finished products accurately and safely to customers while maintaining inventory and shipping records. The role supports warehouse and receiving operations and works in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous warehouse, shipping, or distribution experience.
• Forklift experience or ability to become forklift certified.

Responsibilities

• Pick and stage customer orders.
• Verify product quantities and packaging against shipping documents.
• Load and unload trucks safely.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
• Inspect shipments for damage and accuracy.
• Complete bills of lading and shipping paperwork.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and warehouse organization.
• Follow safety, quality, and housekeeping requirements.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Support receiving and warehouse operations as needed.
