About The Position

The Shipper I prepares, stages, loads, and ships finished products to customers accurately and safely while maintaining inventory and shipping records. The role operates in a fast-paced manufacturing warehouse and supports receiving and other warehouse operations as needed. Work includes standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift, in an environment that may be hot during summer months.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, shipping, or distribution experience preferred.
• Forklift experience or ability to become forklift certified.

Responsibilities

• Pick and stage customer orders.
• Verify product quantities and packaging against shipping documents.
• Load and unload trucks safely.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
• Inspect shipments for damage and accuracy.
• Complete bills of lading and shipping paperwork.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and warehouse organization.
• Follow safety, quality, and housekeeping requirements.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Support receiving and warehouse operations as needed.
