About The Position

As a Shift Supervisor at Joe & The Juice, you help keep the store operating smoothly and the team engaged. You lead the shift by overseeing operations, delegating work, supporting team members, and maintaining high standards and a strong guest experience. You support the store management team and help juicers develop through training and on-the-job guidance.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in a similar supervisory or team lead role.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to stay calm and lead under pressure.
Passion for people, service, and personal growth.
Proactive, hands-on approach with a team-first mindset.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be able to stand for long periods.
Must be able to lift between 50 and 60 lbs.
Must be able to perform bending, stooping, crouching, and squatting movements.
Must be able to safely handle and use sharp objects.
Must be able to work near and operate a hot grill.

Responsibilities

Ensure the Daily Concept Workflow (DCWF) is followed by observing store traffic, assigning tasks, and providing feedback.
Supervise and delegate daily checklists using the task-monitoring system; maintain cleanliness, safety, and Pink Standards; and report and document issues promptly and honestly.
Support new juicers through the Knowledge – Training – Practice – Validation training approach.
Lead by example in creating warm, memorable guest interactions and handle in-store feedback professionally with a guest-first approach.
Monitor commercial targets, manage deliveries, report accurately, and guide the team in supporting store sales performance.
