SHIFT SUPERVISOR - HOURLY (PART TIME)
About The Position
Morrison Healthcare is hiring a part-time Shift Supervisor at Palm Bay Hospital in Palm Bay, Florida. The role directs associates’ activities during a specific shift and ensures assigned work expectations are completed while policies and procedures are maintained. The position offers schedules from 5:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. or 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.; weekends are required, days may vary, and further schedule details are provided during the interview. Pay is $17.00 to $19.00 per hour. One year of customer service experience is required. Requirements
- One year of customer service experience is required.

Responsibilities
- Direct associates’ activities during a specific shift and ensure assigned job expectations are completed while policies and procedures are maintained.
- Provide training and create work schedules.
- Evaluate workers’ performance, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable work-performance standards.
- Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety.
- Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
- Mentor and develop employees and encourage them to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
