SUPERVISOR, SHIFT-HOURLY (FULL TIME)
About The Position
Eurest is hiring a full-time hourly Shift Supervisor at Delta MCI-1 in Kansas City, Missouri. The position directs associate activities during a specific shift and oversees completion of assigned work expectations while maintaining company policies and procedures. The supervisor provides training, creates work schedules, evaluates employee performance, and prepares production or sales reports for management. The role also serves as a contact for employee complaints or time-off requests and may mentor employees and support their development and advancement. Supervisory, food and beverage, and customer service experience are required. The schedule includes weekends and holidays. Pay is $20.00 per hour, and free parking is available.

Responsibilities
- Direct associate activities during a specific shift and oversee completion of assigned job expectations while maintaining policies and procedures.
- Provide training and create work schedules.
- Evaluate employee performance, reward high performers, and discipline employees who do not meet reasonable work standards.
- Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets quality, productivity, and safety expectations.
- Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
- Mentor and develop employees and encourage them to set goals and pursue advancement within the organization.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
