FULL TIME SUPERVISOR, SHIFT-HOURLY
About The Position
Eurest is hiring a full-time hourly Shift Supervisor at the Delta Sky Lounge in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The supervisor directs associates’ activities during a specific shift and oversees completion of assigned work expectations while maintaining company policies and procedures. The position is scheduled Wednesday through Sunday, 3:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and pays $19.00 to $21.00 per hour. Catering experience is required. The Shift Supervisor trains associates, creates work schedules, evaluates performance, and prepares production or sales reports. The role also supports quality, productivity, and safety expectations, responds to employee complaints and time-off requests, and may mentor employees and encourage their advancement. Other duties may be assigned. - Catering experience is required.

Responsibilities
- Direct associates’ activities during a specific shift and oversee completion of assigned work while maintaining policies and procedures.
- Provide training and create work schedules.
- Evaluate worker performance, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable work standards.
- Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets quality, productivity, and safety expectations.
- Serve as the contact person for employees with complaints or time-off requests.
- May mentor and develop employees and encourage them to set goals and pursue advancement.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
