About The Position

As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse a welcoming space for the community. The role involves directing and coordinating team members, preparing and coaching the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized customer requests, and helping maintain store operating policies and standards. Requirements

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Have at least six months of experience in a position requiring constant interaction with and fulfillment of customer requests.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by interacting with customers and fulfilling their requests.
