About The Position

As a Shift Supervisor, you lead with craft and care to help make the coffeehouse a warm, welcoming place for the community. The role involves preparing and coaching the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes or customer specifications, supporting store operations, and directing and coordinating other employees. Requirements

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be available for flexible hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including those for quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and store safety and security.
• Have at least six months of experience in a role involving constant customer interaction and fulfilling customer requests.
• Have at least six months of experience delegating tasks to employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
• Be able to direct the work of others.
• Learn quickly.
• Have effective oral communication skills.
• Have knowledge of the retail environment.
