SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)
About The Position
Eurest is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor in Culver City, California. The position directs associates’ activities during a specific shift and oversees completion of assigned work while maintaining policies and procedures. The supervisor provides training, creates work schedules, evaluates and manages employee performance, and prepares production or sales reports for management. The role also serves as a contact for employee complaints and time-off requests and may mentor and develop employees. Bar or beverage experience is required. The pay range is $26.50 to $28.00 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with hours that may vary.

Responsibilities
- Direct associates’ activities during an assigned shift and ensure assigned job expectations are completed while maintaining policy and procedure.
- Provide training and create work schedules.
- Evaluate workers’ performance, reward high performers, and discipline employees who do not meet reasonable work-performance standards.
- Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets quality, productivity, and safety expectations.
- Act as a contact person for employees with complaints or time-off requests.
- May mentor and develop employees and encourage them to set goals and pursue advancement.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
