About The Position

Morrison Healthcare is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor at Mayo Clinic Harwick in Rochester, Minnesota. The role directs associates’ activities during a specific shift and oversees completion of assigned job expectations while maintaining policy and procedure. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The fixed pay rate is $25.50 per hour. Previous catering or management/supervisory experience in a food service setting is required.

Responsibilities

Direct associates’ activities during an assigned shift and oversee completion of assigned job expectations while maintaining policy and procedure.
Provide training and create work schedules.
Evaluate worker performance, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable work-performance standards.
Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety.
Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
Mentor and develop employees and encourage them to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
Perform other duties as assigned.
