About The Position

Braum's is hiring a Shift Supervisor to execute the company's brand strategy and promote its vision, mission, and values while delivering a great customer experience and maximizing sales. The role includes recognizing and strengthening team members' contributions toward unit goals, teaching and coaching store crew members, and providing shift leadership. The Shift Supervisor oversees food service, grocery market, and fountain sales operations; monitors inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness; and shares responsibility for implementing and following store policies and practices. The schedule varies according to a rotating three-week schedule, with an expected 45-hour workweek. The position reports to the Assistant Manager. Compensation is $15.50–$16.00 per hour, stated as approximately $41,000–$43,500 annually. Braum's offers a bi-weekly bonus program.

Requirements

At least 1 year of minimum experience.
High school diploma or GED.
Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members.
