About The Position

Braum’s Shift Supervisors execute the company’s brand strategy and promote its vision, mission, and values to provide a great customer experience and maximize sales. They recognize the importance of the team’s contribution toward achieving unit goals. The role oversees shift operations across the food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales, and shares responsibility for implementing and following store policies and practices. The position reports to the Assistant Manager. Work days vary on a rotating three-week schedule, with an expected 45-hour work week. The listed shift is 2:00 p.m. to close. Hourly compensation is $15.50–$16.00, with annual compensation listed as $41,000–$43,500. Bonus is paid biweekly.

Requirements

At least one year of experience.
High school diploma or GED.
Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members.
Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
Oversee shift operations of the food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales.
Monitor inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness as needed.
Share responsibility for ensuring Braum’s store policies and practices are implemented and followed.
