About The Position

Braum’s Shift Supervisors execute the company’s brand strategy and promote its vision, mission, and values to create a great customer experience and maximize sales. They recognize the importance of team members and help strengthen the team’s contribution toward store goals. The role supervises shift operations across food service, the grocery market, and fountain sales. The position pays $15.50–$16.00 per hour, with an annually stated compensation range of $40,000–$42,500, and includes a bi-weekly bonus program. The expected work week is 45 hours, with work days varying according to a rotating three-week schedule. The Shift Supervisor reports to the Assistant Manager. A criminal background check and job-fit assessment are required during onboarding.

Requirements

At least 1 year of minimum experience.
Retail experience.
High school diploma or GED.
Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members.
Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
Oversee shift operations in food service, the grocery market, and fountain sales.
Participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness as needed.
Help ensure that store policies and practices are implemented and followed.
