About The Position

Eurest is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor for the Capital One Cafe in Saint Louis, Missouri. The role directs associates’ activities during a specific shift and ensures assigned job expectations are completed while maintaining policy and procedure. The position includes training associates, creating work schedules, evaluating performance, preparing reports, and supporting employees. Days and hours may vary; the supervisor must be able to work mornings and weekends. Coffee experience is preferred. The fixed pay rate is $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

Direct associates’ activities during a specific shift and ensure assigned job expectations are completed while maintaining policy and procedure.
Provide training and create work schedules.
Evaluate workers’ performance, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable work standards.
Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety.
Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
Mentor and develop employees and encourage them to set goals and pursue advancement within the organization.
Perform other duties as assigned.
