About The Position

As a Shift Supervisor, you lead with craft and care to help make the coffeehouse a warm, welcoming space for the community. You support the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes or customized customer requests, and direct or coordinate the work of other employees. The role requires consistent attendance, flexibility to work a variety of hours, and adherence to store operating, quality, cash-handling, safety, and security standards.

Requirements

At least six months of experience in a position requiring constant interaction with customers and fulfillment of their requests.
At least six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating tasks for two or more employees.
Availability to work flexible hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
Ability to direct the work of others.
Ability to learn quickly.
Effective oral communication skills.
Knowledge of the retail environment.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to build relationships.
Ability to meet store operating policies and standards, with or without reasonable accommodations.

Responsibilities
