About The Position

As a Barista at Starbucks, you create a warm and welcoming space where customers can connect over coffee. You help make each visit meaningful through friendly service, engaging with customers, and responding to their needs. Responsibilities

• Provide quality beverages and food products in accordance with store policies and standards.
• Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
