About The Position

As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse a warm, welcoming space for the community. You will help create meaningful customer moments and support the preparation of coffee, beverages, and food to Starbucks standards.

Requirements

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Be available to work flexible hours, potentially including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
Have at least six months of experience in a role requiring constant interaction with and fulfillment of customer requests.
Have at least six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating tasks for two or more employees.
Ability to direct the work of others.
Ability to learn quickly.
Effective oral communication skills.
Knowledge of the retail environment.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

Direct the work of other employees and delegate or coordinate tasks.
Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations.
Meet store operating policies and standards for product quality, cash handling, and store safety and security.
Provide customer service and fulfill customer requests.
