About The Position

As a Barista, you create a warm and welcoming space where coffee sparks connection and each shift offers opportunities to brighten customers’ days. You engage with customers, respond to their needs, prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customized instructions, and perform a variety of store tasks. The role is suited to someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, engaging with people, and taking pride in their work. No previous experience is required.

Able to meet store operating policies and standards, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

Provide quality beverages and food products while meeting store operating policies and standards.
Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or ingredients.
Perform a variety of different tasks within the store during each shift.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
