About The Position

As a Starbucks Barista, you help create a warm and welcoming space where coffee sparks connection. You engage with customers, provide friendly service, and prepare quality beverages and food to standard recipes or customized to customer requests. The role is suited to someone who enjoys working with people in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in creating meaningful customer moments. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Meet store operating policies and standards for beverage and food quality, cash handling, and store safety and security.
Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customization, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
