About The Position

As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse a welcoming space for the community. You will help create meaningful customer moments and support the preparation of coffee, food, and other beverages to standard recipes or customer specifications. The role includes directing and coordinating other employees’ work and helping maintain store operating, cash-handling, safety, and security standards.

Requirements

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Be available for flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
Have at least six months of experience in a role involving constant customer interaction and fulfilling customer requests.
Have at least six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
Ability to direct the work of others.
Ability to learn quickly.
Effective oral communication skills.
Knowledge of the retail environment.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities
