About The Position

As a Shift Supervisor, you will help create a warm and welcoming coffeehouse where every cup of coffee can spark connection. You will lead each shift with craft and care, helping make the coffeehouse a welcoming space for the community. The role includes preparing and coaching the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized customer requests, and supporting store operations and standards.

Requirements

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Be available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
Meet store operating policies and standards, including quality beverage and food products, cash handling, and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodations.
At least six months of experience in a position involving constant interaction with customers and fulfilling their requests.
At least six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
Ability to direct the work of others.
Ability to learn quickly.
Effective oral communication skills.
Knowledge of the retail environment.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to build relationships.
