About The Position

Braum's Shift Supervisors execute the company's brand strategy and promote its vision, mission, and values to deliver a great customer experience and maximize sales. They support the team's contribution toward unit goals by recognizing the importance of its people. The role oversees shift operations across the food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales. The position works a rotating three-week schedule, with varying workdays and an expected 45-hour work week. The stated shift is 2:00 p.m. to close. The Shift Supervisor reports to the Assistant Manager. Compensation is $15.50–$16.00 per hour, with an annual compensation figure of $42,000–$45,500. The bonus program is paid bi-weekly.

Requirements

At least 1 year of minimum experience.
High school diploma or G.E.D.
Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members.
Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
Oversee shift operations for the food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales.
Participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness as needed.
Share responsibility for ensuring store policies and practices are implemented and followed.
