About The Position

Braum’s Shift Supervisors execute the company’s brand strategy and promote its vision, mission, and values to deliver a great customer experience and maximize sales. They recognize the importance of employees and strengthen the team’s contribution toward store goals. The position oversees shift operations across food service, the grocery market, and fountain sales, and shares responsibility for implementing and following store policies and practices. The schedule varies according to a rotating three-week schedule, with an expected 45-hour workweek. The listed shift is 2:00 p.m. to close. The Shift Supervisor reports to the Assistant Manager. Hourly compensation is $15.50–$16.00, with an annual compensation figure listed as $43,000–$46,000. A biweekly bonus program is offered. A criminal background check and job-fit assessment are required as part of onboarding.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience.
Retail experience.
High school diploma or GED.
Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members.
Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
Oversee shift operations for the food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales.
Participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness as needed.
Share responsibility for ensuring store policies and practices are implemented and followed.
Help the team achieve unit goals.
